Terms and conditions of the promotion “Discount up to 60% on selected products”

 

§1 General terms and conditions

1. The Organizer of the promotion under the name “Discount up to 60% on selected products” is Reventon Group Ltd. with its registered office in Kozy at Wyzwolenia Street 556, 43-340 Kozy, POLAND entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number: 000566305, NIP: 9372675006, REGON: 361958427, being the owner of the Reventon brand, as well as the website available at: www.reventongroup.eu (hereinafter referred to as: Organizer).
a) The promotion is aimed at making purchases made from the Organizer more attractive, thus contributing to the achievement or increase of revenues by the Organizer from sales.

2. These Terms define the rules of participation in the “Up to 60% discount on selected products” Promotion.

a) By joining the Promotion, the Customer declares that he has read the content of these Regulations and accepts its provisions entirely.
b) The promotion is addressed only to companies, excluding employees and associates of the Organizer.

§2 Promotion rules

1. Duration of the Promotion: from June 16, 2023 – 8:00 a.m. to June 30, 2023 – 16:00 p.m. or until the assortment covered by the Promotion is exhausted.

2. As part of the Promotion, each Customer who, during its duration, indicated in § 2 section 1 of the Regulations, purchases the Organizer’s products covered by the Promotion, will receive a discount on the purchase of the Organizer’s products in the amount of up to 60% from the net price from the general price list, depending on the purchased product. Detailed information on the amount of the discount for individual products covered by the Promotion is indicated in § 2 section 4 of the Regulations.

3. The promotion covers selected products of the Organizer of the Reventon brand, indicated in detail in § 2 section 4 of the Regulations.

4. As part of the Promotion, the Customer may obtain a discount on the products indicated in the table below:

5. To benefit from the Promotion and obtain the right to purchase selected products with a discount of up to 60%, the Customer is obliged to place an order for any product of the Organizer covered by the Promotion, within the time limit indicated in § 2 section 1 of the Terms, by e-mail to one of the e-mail addresses supported by our sales department. In order for the Customer to be able to obtain a discount for the ordered products, the order placed by the Customer must be completed and approved within the time limit indicated in § 2 section1.

6. The Promotion has no purchase restrictions, i.e. one customer may join the Promotion multiple times, each time meeting the conditions of the promotion specified in § 2 section
3 – 5.of the Terms.

7. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, as well as with individually granted discounts to customers under the permanent cooperation agreement.

§3 Final Provisions

1. The terms and conditions of the Promotion are available on our website www.reventongroup.eu/promotion-rules

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations, when the need to change them results from factors beyond the Organizer’s control. Changes will be published by posting on the website indicated in section 1 of the amended promotion regulations.

3. The rules for considering complaints of products purchased as part of the Promotion are the same as for products purchased outside the promotion.

4. In matters not covered by these regulations, generally applicable laws shall apply.
