Complaint form

To submit a complaint, please follow the instructions below.

1. Prepare a scan or photo of the purchase invoice.

2. Fill out the complaint form on the right, attach the prepared files and click the “send complaint” button.

 What’s next?

1. The form will be sent directly to the technical department and the complaint will be considered.

2. Contact from our side will take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of a correctly submitted form.
