To submit a complaint, please follow the instructions below.
1. Prepare a scan or photo of the Warranty Card * and purchase invoice.
* For devices in the “Accessories” or “Automation” category, the Warranty Card is not required.
2. Fill out the complaint form next to it, attach the prepared files and click the “send” button.
And what’s next?
1. The form will be sent directly to the technical department and the complaint will be considered.
2. Contact from our side will take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of a correctly completed form.
