The VERTIC series recuperator provides mechanical ventilation with heat recovery for buildings such as residential homes, public utility buildings, cafes, warehouses, etc. This device is designed for vertical installation. Advanced technological solutions allow for its installation without the need for enclosure. The recuperator features a built-in control panel, significantly facilitating programming and management of its functions. To enhance its air purification effectiveness, it comes with three types of filters: supply air filter, exhaust air filter, and bypass filter. The recuperator is equipped with three G4 filters. Their function is to pre-clean the air before it enters the rooms (supply air filter and bypass filter) and protect the heat exchanger from contamination (supply and exhaust air filters). The device features a counterflow heat exchanger made of polystyrene. This material is characterized by high thermal conductivity and resistance to oxidation and mold. The VERTIC series recuperator features energy-efficient EC fans with five predefined speeds. Thanks to advanced electronics, the fan speed is adjusted dynamically, ensuring a consistent airflow through the exchanger and ventilation ducts. The external coating of the recuperator is made of powder-coated steel, while the interior of the device is made of expanded polypropylene (EPP). Thanks to the use of such materials, the device is characterized by high sealing, as well as acoustic and thermal insulation.
