Air curtains AERIS Series
AERIS air curtains are reliable devices designed for installation above entrance doors, which effectively separate the outdoor air from the indoor climate, preventing the escape of valuable heat in winter and the inflow of heat, dust and insects in summer. Air curtains over entrance doors are nowadays a standard in commercial construction.
How to select an AERIS air curtain?
In the Reventon offer, you will find air curtains adapted to every infrastructure. They are available in variants with an electric heater, a water heat exchanger, or without a heat exchanger (ambient).
AERIS C-1P
An ambient air curtain whose primary function is mechanical zone separation. It protects against the ingress of pollutants and insects. Designed for facilities where additional air heating at the entrance is not required.
AERIS WN-1P
Classic models equipped with a water heat exchanger. Ideal for buildings with access to central heating systems. They use hot water from the installation to heat the entrance zone.
4.6 to 37.1 kW
AERIS E-1P
A universal electric air curtain in a steel housing. Single-phase power supply (230 V) facilitates connection in places where water heating is unavailable. Excellent protection against cold drafts.
2 to 14 kW
AERIS EN-1P
A series with an elegant, modern design dedicated to commercial interiors. Single-phase 100 cm electric curtain with a safe PTC heater. Works great in shops, boutiques, and offices.
2 kW / 4 kW / 6 kW
AERIS EN-3P
An expansion of the elegant series for facilities requiring higher heating performance. Three-phase electric curtains with higher power (up to 12 kW) designed for large facilities, shopping malls, and representative halls.
2 to 12 kW

What are the benefits of the AERIS air curtain?
Protecting your money
Less heat escaping in winter and cold in summer means significantly lower heating and air conditioning bills. This investment pays for itself quickly by keeping energy inside the building.
Simple and fast installation
AERIS air curtains are designed with installers in mind. Thanks to a dedicated kit, wall installation goes smoothly, and the included panels and sensors facilitate the immediate start-up of the system.
Comfort in all conditions
AERIS effectively separates spaces, eliminating drafts and ensuring perfect conditions for your customers and employees, regardless of whether it is a hot summer or a freezing winter.
FAQ
To optimally select an air curtain, you must consider the dimensions of the entrance. The most important rule is that air curtains must cover 100% of the entrance width. The width and height dimensions of the door openings are key. The device must be equal to or wider than the door width.
In our assortment, you will find products with widths ranging from 90 cm to 200 cm. AERIS models are designed for mounting at heights of up to 3 meters. If you mount them higher, the air hitting the floor will lose its momentum, and the device will not create an adequate barrier. It is worth checking the exact technical specification of each model.
The choice depends on the infrastructure available in the room. If the building has an efficient heat source and a central heating network, it is best to choose models with a water heat exchanger (water-heated units). They guarantee high output and low operating costs. Conversely, electric curtains are most often used in places where there is no possibility of interfering with the plumbing or where such an installation does not exist.
Every AERIS electric air curtain uses PTC heaters, which are safer and more durable compared to devices with other types of electric heaters. Furthermore, electric air curtains are extremely simple to commission – all you need is an appropriate power supply. Remember that regardless of whether it is a water version or one with an electric heater, their goal is to separate the space from the influence of external air and improve the comfort of the heated room, especially at the entrance.
Commercial air curtains are intended for facilities where visitor convenience and curbing heat energy losses are important. These types of products are widely used in service buildings with high pedestrian traffic. These include large-format stores, modern office buildings, hotels, and restaurants. They are mounted above entrance doors. It is worth noting that for warehouse entrances and loading zones (where high cargo gates are located), a commercial electric air curtain may be insufficient — industrial variants (e.g., our HUMMER series), also available in our offer, should be used there.
Very often, investors look for savings at the purchasing stage, making the lowest price the main filter. This is a mistake. Electric air curtains or water exchanger variants are an investment meant to prevent the loss of valuable warm air for years. An underpowered device, chosen only because its low price was tempting in a catalog, will not generate an effective curtain all the way to the floor at the required height. Consequently, outside air will pour into the interior, and air conditioning costs in summer and heating costs in winter will rise drastically. Sturdy curtains equipped with proven motors and appropriate heating components (ensuring safe operation at different temperatures) will guarantee a real return on investment. Professional service availability and technical support are equally essential here.
Yes. Although air curtains equipped with a heating element improve the comfort of people passing under them by heating the entrance zone, even ambient models effectively prevent heat from escaping the interior. Their key operating principle is spatial separation. When correctly mounted in the right position, they create a barrier that prevents wind from entering from the outside. Using any curtains — whether with an electric heater or so-called ambient models — is absolutely necessary in the annual balance to prevent warm air loss and heat loss in entrance zones.
Ambient / without heat exchanger: Curtains without a heat exchanger, marked with the letter "C" in both series.
Electric: Curtains with electric heaters, marked with the letter "E" or "EN".
Water: Curtains with a water heat exchanger connected to the central heating system. Marked in the AERIS series with the letters "WN".
