Why choose our LPHW unit heaters?
Heat pump compatibility
LPHW unit heaters can be matched to installations with heat pumps and other low-temperature heat sources. The final capacity depends on the water parameters, room temperature and required airflow, which is why individual technical selection is recommended for such installations.
Selection for different types of facilities
Three product series make it easy to choose a unit for specific working conditions: HC for typical industrial and commercial facilities, FARMER for aggressive environments and S for applications requiring a steel construction.

Select series |
Why? Key advantages |
|---|---|---|
| A production hall, warehouse, workshop or shop. | HC | This is the most versatile series, with 230 V, EC motor or 400 V variants. |
| A piggery, cowshed, poultry house, car wash, carpentry shop or wastewater treatment plant. | FARMER | The series is designed for environments with ammonia, moisture, dust and aggressive vapours. |
| A facility where a steel casing is a priority. | S | The S series offers a classic design with a steel casing. |
| An installation focused on precise control and lower electrical energy consumption. | HC-EC (within the HC series) | The EC motor enables smooth regulation and better operational adaptation of the unit. The final heating capacity depends on water parameters and operating conditions, so it is advisable to verify the selection. |

This value depends on the operating time of the unit and the power of the electric motor used in the heater. For example, an LPHW unit heater with a 200 W motor will consume approximately 0.2 kWh of electrical energy during one hour of operation. On an annual basis, thanks to the advanced technology of EC motors, consumption can be lower when the unit is not operating at full speed.
Yes. Almost all our LPHW unit heater series (HC and FARMER) are adapted to operate with chilled water. However, it must be noted that in cooling mode, moisture condenses on the heat exchanger. Therefore, to ensure proper operation of the unit, we obligatorily recommend equipping it with a dedicated drip tray connected to the sewage system, regardless of the room type.
An EC motor should be considered when operating costs (ROI) are a priority. It offers smooth capacity regulation and consumes significantly less energy when operating at lower speeds than an AC induction motor. We recommend it for modern projects focused on the highest energy efficiency class in LPHW unit heaters.
Expanded polypropylene (EPP) is a lightweight material, resistant to deformation and highly effective at damping vibrations, which facilitates installation and reduces operational noise. A steel casing (S series) is, in turn, a heavier, traditional solution, chosen by customers accustomed to classic design and the strict standards of heavy industry.
For full flexibility, we recommend a rotary bracket. It enables horizontal rotation of the unit, which makes it easier to direct the airflow exactly where it is needed, and also significantly facilitates service work. This is complemented by flexible connection hoses, which make connection to the heating system easier.
In the case of ceiling installation, it is worth considering suspension brackets with shock absorbers.
The HC series includes lightweight units in an EPP casing and is the most versatile family for industrial and commercial facilities. The S series is based on a steel casing and is ideal where the user prefers a classic, solid design. Additionally, the air louvres in the HC series are made of ABS material, while in the S series they are made of steel.
The majority of our unit heaters (HC series and S series) are equipped with fans with an IP54 rating. They guarantee very good resistance to dust and moisture, entirely sufficient for safe operation in standard production halls, workshops and warehouses. For facilities with extreme dust levels and strict sanitary requirements, we have prepared fans with an increased IP66 rating (available in FARMER series models). This rating provides complete protection against dust ingress and resistance to direct contact with water. We encourage you to check the descriptions of specific product series to learn more details about dedicated fans.
LPHW unit heaters can be mounted on the wall or under the ceiling, saving space. For correct installation and the appropriate wiring diagram for the controller, we recommend consulting the instructions provided in the technical documentation.
