WALLER series heat recovery units are modern, decentralized devices designed for residential and utility rooms where the installation of traditional duct systems is difficult, uneconomical, or undesirable. It is worth considering this feature at the selection stage, because the Wi-Fi module is not an accessory that can be added to WALLER 64 after purchase. Models with Wi-Fi allow for remote control, programming schedules, and integration with a mobile app on a smartphone or tablet.

In regenerative mode, a single unit operates alternately: for 75 seconds it extracts warm, stale air from the room, heating the ceramic exchanger, and then changes direction and for the next 75 seconds supplies fresh outdoor air, heated by the energy stored in the ceramic. Before installation, you must check the operating conditions specified in the documentation, including the permissible relative humidity, IP22 protection rating, location relative to wet zones, and applicable regulations.

Yes, like any ventilation device, the WALLER heat recovery unit requires periodic maintenance. The most important activities are cleaning or replacing the air filter (according to the recommendations in the technical documentation and the intensity of the device's operation) and periodically cleaning the ceramic exchanger of dust and impurity deposits. A neglected filter increases flow resistance and can reduce the efficiency of the device's operation, which translates into lower energy savings relative to the system's technical capabilities. Thanks to the compact decentralized design of the heat recovery unit, service access is simple, and filter replacement does not require dismantling the entire device from the wall.
