Energy recovery unit INSPIRO
Heat recovery units from the INSPIRO series are designed to recover heat and moisture from extracted air. The units are designed for indoor installation in residential buildings, halls, warehouses, retail and service premises, and workshops. The series offers two variants: INSPIRO with energy-efficient EC fans and insulated housing, and INSPIRO BASIC with 3-speed AC fans, matched to different budgets and project requirements.
Choose an INSPIRO heat exchanger variant
The series offers two variants, optimised for specific needs and investment budgets — from robust, simplified BASIC models to modern INSPIRO units.
INSPIRO
The more technologically advanced variant in the series. Equipped with energy-efficient EC fans with 10-stage speed control, insulated housing, and precise F9 filters with a differential pressure switch. Can be expanded with a Wi-Fi module and CO₂ and humidity sensors.
150 – 1,300 m³/h
INSPIRO BASIC
An optimised, simplified design offering an excellent price-to-quality ratio. Equipped with 2 fans with 3-speed AC induction motors, a manual bypass, and G3 filters.
200 – 1,300 m³/h

Why choose
INSPIRO series heat recovery units?
Airflow capacity in a wide range from 150 m³/h up to 1,300 m³/h allows selecting the device for buildings of various cubatures, from apartments and offices to halls and warehouses.
Maximum heat recovery efficiency of up to 84% and moisture recovery of up to 75% translates directly into lower heating costs in the winter season.
Two variants that let you match the unit to your project’s priorities. Energy-efficient EC motors in the INSPIRO version, and 3-speed AC motors in the INSPIRO BASIC version.
Energy class A in both variants guarantees low operating costs regardless of the model chosen.
Convenient mounting brackets and inspection doors make installation and later servicing easier, while the plastic spigots are matched to popular ventilation duct diameters.

Which variant to choose?
INSPIRO
Advanced automation and higher efficiency. Energy-efficient EC fans, more precise F9 filtration, automatic bypass and a SMART panel. Recommended for facilities requiring integration with CO₂/humidity sensors or remote control via Wi-Fi.
INSPIRO BASIC
The best price-to-quality ratio. A good choice where simple operation, a weekly schedule and standard G3 filtration are enough. No option to add Wi-Fi and sensors.
What you gain with INSPIRO series heat recovery units?
Simple, hassle-free installation
INSPIRO heat recovery units have practical mounting brackets, spigots matched to popular duct diameters, and inspection doors providing convenient access to the filters and exchanger. In practice this shortens installation time and later servicing — replacing filters or inspecting the exchanger does not require dismantling the entire unit.
Protecting system operation in winter — working with a duct heater at low temperatures
At low outdoor temperatures, the manufacturer recommends using a single-stage pre-heater, especially when temperatures drop below –9°C. The heater warms the air fed into the unit, reducing the risk of the exchanger freezing and supporting stable operation of the device. A temperature sensor in the duct heater automatically switches it on and off depending on outdoor conditions.
Protecting your budget — heat recovery efficiency of up to 84% in the INSPIRO variant
Less heat lost means lower demand for heating the ventilation air. The INSPIRO variant achieves a heat recovery efficiency of up to 84%, and INSPIRO BASIC up to 76% — which directly translates into lower building heating costs in the winter season. Additional moisture recovery (up to 75% in INSPIRO, up to 67% in BASIC) reduces the problem of over-dried air in winter.
Which exchanger to choose: cellulose or polyethylene-graphene?
With our INSPIRO BASIC heat recovery units we offer cross-flow enthalpic exchangers in two versions. They differ in material, functional properties and durability.
| Exchanger | standard | POLY |

The POLY cross-flow enthalpic exchanger is made of polyethylene material with a graphene layer — thanks to this it is more durable than its cellulose counterpart.
The cellulose cross-flow exchanger can easily be recycled.
Both exchangers have the same performance, ensure quiet operation of the heat recovery unit and do not affect the quality of heat recovery.
The type of enthalpic exchanger itself, i.e. the choice between the cellulose and POLY versions, does not change the declared performance of the heat recovery unit, nor is it the main factor determining electricity consumption. Electricity consumption depends primarily on fan operation and the speed setting.
The savings resulting from mechanical ventilation mainly concern reduced heat losses. In winter, moisture recovery combined with heat recovery from extracted air can reduce the demand for heating the supply air, thereby helping to lower building heating costs.
In summer, depending on the model and settings, a bypass mode can be used so that the supply air bypasses the heat exchanger. In INSPIRO heat recovery units this function is handled automatically, while INSPIRO BASIC uses a manual bypass.
The duct heater, also known as a pre-heater, has a temperature sensor that can be set as required. The sensor will automatically switch the duct heater on and off once the set temperature is exceeded. It is recommended that the duct heater switches on below an outdoor temperature reading of -9°C, to avoid freezing of the enthalpic exchanger.
For the INSPIRO and INSPIRO BASIC exchanger models: a cellulose enthalpic exchanger is available — the enthalpic exchanger is made of a special material enabling highly effective recovery of heat and moisture from the air extracted from rooms. Thanks to moisture recovery, in many cases an additional air humidifier can be avoided.
For the INSPIRO POLY and INSPIRO BASIC POLY exchanger models: a version of the enthalpic exchanger made of a special polyethylene material with a graphene layer is available, enabling highly effective recovery of heat and moisture from the air extracted from rooms. The POLY exchanger does not change the performance of the heat recovery unit. The exchanger can be cleaned using water and a pH-neutral detergent.
The additional Wi-Fi module can only be installed in INSPIRO and INSPIRO POLY heat recovery units. In the BASIC series, the Wi-Fi module is not supported, so it is worth considering in advance whether this heat recovery unit function will be needed.
Yes. A control panel is included with the unit. The INSPIRO and INSPIRO POLY heat recovery units are equipped with a SMART panel, while the INSPIRO BASIC and INSPIRO BASIC POLY units come with a BASIC panel.
Additional accessories, such as a Wi-Fi module, a CO₂ sensor and a humidity sensor, can be used with the INSPIRO and INSPIRO POLY models. If these functions are not important to the user, the BASIC version may be a suitable and simpler choice.
No, as long as you use a heat recovery unit with moisture recovery. Traditional systems can lower humidity during the heating season, but units equipped with an enthalpic heat exchanger (e.g. from the INSPIRO series) effectively solve this problem. This exchanger recovers up to 84% of heat and up to 75% of moisture from the extracted air and transfers it to the supply air. As a result, mechanical ventilation maintains an optimal, healthy level of humidity for fresh indoor air, which in many cases makes it possible to do without additional humidifiers altogether.
Yes, provided the unit has the appropriate type of exchanger, e.g. the POLY enthalpic exchanger. Unlike standard heat exchangers, e.g. cellulose ones, the POLY exchanger is made of a special polyethylene coated with a graphene layer. This construction makes it fully water-resistant. It can be safely cleaned by hand under running water with the addition of a pH-neutral detergent. This ease of maintenance prevents the build-up of dirt, significantly extends the unit's service life and genuinely lowers operating costs.
