Why choose LPHW unit heaters in the S series?
Devices operate using water or a heating medium from a central heating system — the copper-aluminum exchanger is adapted for operation with media temperatures up to 120°C.
Powder-coated galvanized steel casing and air louvers ensure resistance to the harsh conditions found in heavy industry facilities and high-traffic warehouses.
A proven 3-speed AC induction motor with an IP54 protection rating ensures reliable and predictable operation, resistant to moisture and dust.
A wide ambient operating temperature range — from –30°C to +60°C — allows the devices to be used even in facilities that are not heated during the winter period.
Domestic production — the devices are fully designed and manufactured in Poland, guaranteeing full compliance with European standards and access to support and accessories.

What do you gain with S-series heaters?
Solid steel casing
The S-3S heater features a galvanized steel casing, which guarantees high structural stability and impact resistance. The use of powder coating creates a protective layer that shields the metal against corrosion under standard industrial conditions, increasing the device’s durability in production spaces, workshops, and warehouses with heavy forklift traffic.
Efficient air heating thanks to a copper-aluminum exchanger
The heat exchanger in the S-3S heater is made of copper and aluminium. The unit enables efficient heating of commercial and production facilities, with a wide operating range of ambient temperatures from –30°C to +60°C and support for heating media up to 120°C. Steel air louvres maintain their shape and allow precise direction of the heat stream.
Various mounting options
The steel S-3S heater can be installed depending on the room layout. The device allows for both wall and ceiling mounting. By using a dedicated S-series swivel console, the user has the ability to freely rotate the device horizontally to precisely direct heat into desired zones. The S-3S series can be additionally equipped with dedicated control accessories: two-way and three-way valves with actuators, relay modules and MS service switches.

S series unit heaters are devices designed for workshops, heavy industry and commercial facilities, where a key requirement of the investor is a traditional steel casing.
The S-3S is a good choice when an industrial steel look matters more to you. If a lower weight is important to you, the HC series in an EPP casing will be more suitable.
Yes — the unit's design and dedicated mounting brackets or the swivel console allow for installation in both a vertical position (on walls and columns) and a horizontal position (ceiling suspension). It is necessary to ensure that the facility's supporting structure can bear the weight of the unit with a steel casing filled with water.
For optimal control of the heating medium supply, we recommend valves with an actuator. Depending on the specifics of the hydraulic system, accessories are available with a two-way valve (shutting off the flow) or a three-way valve (controlling the flow without stopping the water circuit). Our technical department will help you free of charge in selecting the appropriate fittings.
Sizing is based on three basic parameters: the room volume, the assumed temperature difference (between the outdoor temperature and the target indoor temperature) and the facility's level of insulation. In practice, on the large surface areas of production halls and warehouses, several S-3S units are usually installed, evenly distributed, which ensures stable air heating and eliminates underheated zones. We recommend using our sizing calculator and a technical consultation, which will take into account the actual conditions of the facility and ensure high efficiency of the heating system.
The number of exchanger rows determines how much heat the unit will release into the room at a given heating medium temperature. The 1-row exchanger has the lowest air-flow resistance and works well where the installation supplies hot water at high parameters (e.g. 80–90°C) and moderate heating capacity is sufficient. The 2-row exchanger is a universal configuration — most often chosen for typical industrial and warehouse facilities. The 3-row exchanger offers the largest heat exchange surface area and is recommended for large volumes or low-temperature installations, where efficient heating requires maximum use of energy from a lower-temperature heating medium.
