Why choose our air conditioners?
Versatile applications — from homes to offices, shops and hotels
The VESPER wall-mounted air conditioner with 3,4 kW output is a solution designed for various types of facilities such as apartments, offices, shops, food service premises, service salons and hotel rooms.
Year-round thermal comfort
VESPER operates in cooling mode at outdoor temperatures up to +53°C and in heating mode down to –20°C. This is a significantly wider range than in standard room air conditioners — the unit remains effective both on hot days and during cooler transitional periods, eliminating the need for a separate heating system in facilities with moderate heat demand.
Eco-friendly R32 refrigerant and A++/A+ energy class
The VESPER air conditioner uses the modern R32 refrigerant, which, compared with the older R410A, has a significantly lower global warming potential (GWP) and does not deplete the ozone layer. Combined with an energy class of A++ (cooling) and A+ (heating) and SEER 6,1 and SCOP 4,0 ratings, this results in a substantial reduction in operating costs compared with older air conditioning units.

Important:
Installation requires making a refrigerant connection, an electrical connection and a condensate drain. Because R32 refrigerant is used, installation must be carried out by a certified air conditioning installer.

VESPER series air conditioners are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. It is also possible to extend the protection period to 5 years under the "5-year warranty" programme, once the conditions set by the manufacturer are met.Click to find out more.
Split air conditioners are dedicated devices for actively cooling and heating air. Unlike LPHW unit heaters in cooling mode (which require a chilled water installation) or destratification fans (which only recirculate air without changing its temperature), this type of unit is an excellent choice wherever independent, standalone temperature control is needed in a specific room, without the need to connect to external heat or cold sources. This is a standard solution for offices, shops, hotels and apartments.
R32 is a modern refrigerant used in new-generation split air conditioners, replacing the previously used R410A. It is characterised by a significantly lower GWP (global warming potential), does not deplete the ozone layer, and is more energy-efficient in operation. It should be noted that R32 is classified as flammable — for this reason, air conditioning installation must be carried out by a certified installer, and the unit must be installed in a room with the appropriate minimum floor area (4 m² for VESPER 3.4).
Yes. VESPER operates in heating mode down to an outdoor temperature of –20°C, which means it can also be used during transitional periods and mild winter months. This provides an additional source of thermal comfort in facilities where a full heating system is not yet needed. However, it should be remembered that an air conditioner with a heating function will not replace a full heating system in facilities with significant heat demand (e.g. uninsulated halls). In such cases, year-round thermal comfort should be ensured by dedicated LPHW unit heaters.
The wall-mounted air conditioner VESPER 3.4 works well in rooms up to approximately 35 m², whereas the VESPER 5.1 is suitable for rooms with an area of 35–55 m². To ensure the unit maintains an ideal temperature throughout the year, factors such as sun exposure, insulation quality, the number of occupants and the presence of heat-generating equipment must also be considered. We recommend a technical consultation for a precise selection.
Yes. VESPER air conditioners are equipped as standard with a Wi-Fi module enabling control via the SmartLife app, as well as a remote control. The app allows you to change the temperature, operating mode and set schedules from your smartphone, regardless of your location. Remote control capability is particularly useful in workplaces, where the air conditioner should switch on before employees or customers arrive. The modern design of the indoor unit also fits in well with the décor of offices and service premises.
Yes. VESPER, like any split air conditioner, requires periodic filter cleaning (at least once every six months), cleaning of the heat exchanger, and a leak test of the refrigerant circuit. The dust filters can be washed by the user, while cleaning and disinfecting the exchanger and performing leak tests must be carried out by a certified installer. Regular servicing keeps the unit running efficiently and extends its service life. It is worth investing in an annual inspection, which pays for itself through lower operating costs and reduced risk of failure.
Yes. VESPER air conditioners are equipped with a standard dust filter and an ionising filter, which additionally cleans the air of fine particles (pollen, allergens, dust). The ionising filter should be replaced every 6 months. This is a particularly important feature at home for people with allergies, and in facilities such as medical practices or beauty salons. It lets you enjoy pleasant cool air and clean air at the same time.
No. Installation of an air conditioner using R32 refrigerant must be carried out by a certified air conditioning installer holding F-gas qualifications. This follows from national regulations and the need to perform leak tests and properly evacuate the circuit. Self-installation will void the warranty and may create a safety hazard.
