The FR-BG EC-EE axial fan blows air into cooling, heating and ventilation units. Equipped with a protective grille and an energy-saving EC motor, it complies with ErP 2026 requirements (EU Regulation 2024/1834). The powder-coated steel housing ensures durability, while smooth speed control allows performance to be adjusted to requirements.

About the product

FR-BG EC-EE is a blowing axial fan designed for mounting on refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment, and wherever a large, free airflow is required. Thanks to the energy-efficient EC motor, the unit consumes less energy and allows smooth speed control in the range of 0 to 100%.

Available in ten sizes, covering airflow from 1,710 to 21,000 m³/h, so a single series covers both smaller components and large installations. Models up to size 630 are powered at 230 V, while the largest models (710 and 800) run on 400 V.

The housing is made of powder-coated steel and the impeller of PP plastic. The design with a protective guard prevents direct access to the impeller. The fan is intended for indoor installation and should not be used in corrosive, heavily dusty or high-humidity environments.

Energy-efficient EC motor ready for ErP 2026 — The EC motor consumes significantly less energy than a conventional AC drive and enables smooth speed control. The fan meets the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1834, and rated values are given for the best efficiency point (BEP).

Robust, durable construction — The powder-coated steel housing and PP plastic impeller ensure resistance and long service life. A protective guard prevents direct access to the impeller by people and objects.

Easy control and regulation — Output is smoothly adjusted via an EC potentiometer (0 to 100%) or the programmable HMI EC BMS controller, which allows operation to be automated and up to 8 fans to be connected to a single controller.
