POLISH PRODUCT LPHW unit heater HC3P
The HC3P three-phase LPHW unit heater is a unit designed for heating large spaces, such as industrial halls, warehouses or commercial facilities. Equipped with a three-phase motor, it ensures efficient heat distribution. It requires connection to an installation with a heating medium, which transfers heat through the heat exchanger into the heated room. It can also work with cold water, assisting air circulation and cooling.
About the product
HC3P is a three-phase version of the LPHW unit heater, designed for heating large spaces with significant volume — industrial halls, warehouses and commercial facilities. It requires connection to an installation with a heating medium, but it can also work with cold water, assisting the circulation and cooling of air in the facility.
The unit’s distinguishing feature is a single-stage, three-phase AC induction motor (400 V) with an IP54 rating, which ensures reliable operation and high durability wherever constant air circulation is required. Heating capacity from 2,1 to 79,7 kW and airflow from 2500 to 4000 m³/h allow the unit to be matched to the needs of a large facility.
The copper-aluminium heat exchanger, available in 1-, 2- or 3-row versions, operates with a medium temperature of up to 120°C and enables both heating and cooling. The expanded polypropylene (EPP) housing is lightweight, resistant to mechanical damage and provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, while adjustable ABS air louvres — optionally with a 360° diffuser or confusor — allow the airflow direction to be precisely set.

Why choose the HC3P unit heater?
Reliable three-phase AC induction motor with IP54 rating
HC3P is the only LPHW unit heater equipped with a single-stage, three-phase AC induction motor (400 V) with an IP54 rating.
The three-phase motor ensures reliable operation and high durability in industrial facilities with large volumes, where constant air circulation is required. The unit is equipped with a single-stage fan.
Light and durable EPP housing
The HC3P LPHW unit heater has a housing made of expanded polypropylene, a lightweight material resistant to mechanical damage and providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. This housing guarantees durability in demanding industrial environments and simplifies installation thanks to its low weight.
Heat exchanger for heating and cooling
At the heart of the HC3P unit heater is a copper-aluminium heat exchanger, designed for efficient heat transfer or cooling depending on the temperature of the heating medium or water. Depending on the model and design requirements, versions with a single-row, double-row or triple-row heat exchanger are available. The heat exchanger is designed to work with a heating medium at a temperature of up to 120°C.
Cooling mode and water vapour condensation
During operation in cooling mode, water vapour may condense on the surface of the unit. For effective condensate drainage, the use of a dedicated drip tray is recommended.
The tray is compatible with wall mounting and should be connected to the drainage system to safely remove the collected water.
Adjustable air louvres for precise airflow direction control
Every HC3P LPHW unit heater is equipped with manually adjustable ABS air louvres, enabling precise setting of the airflow direction. Depending on requirements, a 360° diffuser or confusor can be used for uniform air distribution.
Dedicated HC rotating mounting bracket
The HC rotating mounting bracket is a practical mounting element dedicated to LPHW unit heaters from the HC series. It allows the unit to be easily rotated horizontally, making it possible to precisely adjust the airflow direction to the current needs of users and the layout of the room.
The bracket also simplifies installation and servicing of the unit heater.

Yes. It's enough for the heat exchanger to be supplied with chilled water. Cooling efficiency depends on the supply water temperature and the inlet air temperature. Due to the possibility of condensate forming, a drip tray must be used. Operation of the unit in cooling mode is only possible with wall mounting of the unit heater — with ceiling mounting, the condensate would not be caught by the tray.
Yes, it can. Depending on requirements, a confusor (to increase jet reach) or a 360° diffuser (to shorten the jet, but achieve better mixing with the surrounding air) can additionally be fitted to the outlet.
Yes, our unit heaters are compatible with heat pumps.
No. Unit heaters can be supplied with water or a glycol solution at the appropriate pressure. Water pressure that is too low may negatively affect the heating capacity of the unit heaters.
Check the connection to the electrical installation and make sure the unit heater is connected to the mains in accordance with the wiring diagrams provided.
