The INSPIRO energy recovery unit with an enthalpy heat exchanger is the most efficient ventilation unit in the series, enabling energy recovery — both heat and humidity. It is designed for indoor use in residential buildings, halls, warehouses, service rooms and workshops. The unit can be equipped with a cellulose or polyethylene heat exchanger.

About the product

INSPIRO is a high-performance energy recovery ventilation unit — recovering both heat and moisture — designed for residential buildings, halls, storage facilities, commercial spaces, and workshops. It ensures a constant exchange of stale air for fresh air, both during everyday use and with a larger number of people in the building, while energy recovery significantly reduces operating costs, especially in winter.

Energy recovery is ensured by a cross-flow enthalpy exchanger with a heat recovery efficiency of up to 84% and moisture recovery of up to 75%, available in a cellulose (INSPIRO) or polyethylene-graphene (POLY) version. Two energy-saving EC fans with 10-speed control and a capacity from 150 to 1300 m³/h allow the operation to be precisely adjusted to the needs of the facility.

The galvanized steel housing with an insulation layer improves thermal properties and reduces noise, while the inspection door ensures easy access to the filters and the exchanger. A differential pressure switch indicates F9 filter contamination, and the included SMART controller — along with optional CO₂ and humidity sensors as well as a Wi-Fi module — enables intelligent ventilation management. The “A” energy class allows meeting the requirements of the “Clean Air” program.

Why choose the INSPIRO energy recovery ventilator?

Galvanized steel and inspection door

The housing of the energy recovery ventilator is made of galvanized steel, which is additionally covered with an insulation material improving its thermal properties and reducing the unit’s noise. It features convenient brackets enabling easy installation of the unit, and the plastic spigots have diameters adapted to the most popular sizes of ventilation ducts. The housing includes an inspection door allowing hassle-free access to the filters and the exchanger.

POLY exchanger – polyethylene with a graphene layer

The POLY enthalpy exchanger for the INSPIRO energy recovery ventilator is made of a special polyethylene material with a graphene layer. The exchanger offers a longer lifespan and can be cleaned using water and a pH-neutral detergent.

Polyethylene and cellulose exchangers have the same capacity in energy recovery ventilation units.

Intelligent operation of the energy recovery ventilator

The INSPIRO and INSPIRO POLY energy recovery ventilators feature energy-saving EC fans with a wide range of operation control (10 predefined fan speeds). The units feature a differential pressure switch that measures and compares the pressure behind and in front of the F9 filter, indicating the need for filter replacement. Additionally, it is possible to set a weekly operating schedule for the energy recovery ventilator and configure the air supply function in bypass mode (bypassing the exchanger).

Control the unit from anywhere in the world

The energy recovery ventilators can be equipped with a Wi-Fi module* enabling control via a smartphone. Simply pair the energy recovery ventilator with the dedicated Smart Life app to gain access to the control of all functions, i.e., fan speeds, indoor air temperature, and also, if appropriate sensors have been connected, CO2 and humidity data.

Electric circular duct heater

To ensure the highest capacity of the unit, it is recommended to use an additional electric duct heater. This is crucial when temperatures drop below -9°C to avoid freezing of the exchanger. Especially during winter periods.

The electric circular duct heater warms the air entering the unit, increasing recovery efficiency and reducing the risk of damage to the exchanger.

Filter sets for INSPIRO energy recovery ventilators

Ensure the effective and hygienic operation of your energy recovery ventilator with properly selected filters. We offer ready-made sets dedicated to every INSPIRO model – with G3 pre-filters and F9 or F7 fine filters (to choose from, depending on your needs).

As standard, the energy recovery ventilator has an F9 filter offering a higher ISO ePM1 >= 70% protection level, but our offer also includes an F7 filter with an ISO ePM1 >= 50% protection level for less demanding spaces.
