About the product

EHU is an electric heater designed for heating demanding industrial facilities — production halls, warehouses, factories, and shops. Unlike water heaters, it does not require a water supply or other heating systems, which significantly simplifies installation and operation.

Heating is provided by a self-regulating PTC heater with a 2-stage power output of 7 kW or 14 kW, which automatically adjusts its intensity to current needs, eliminating the risk of overheating and limiting energy consumption. A three-speed fan with an IP54-rated AC induction motor ensures optimal air circulation in the range of 1,200 to 3,000 m³/h.

The powder-coated carbon steel casing guarantees long-term durability and resistance to mechanical damage and external conditions. Integrated louvers allow for manual adjustment of the airflow direction, while compatibility with a dedicated HMI VOLT controller enables thermostat programming and management of up to 10 units simultaneously. Low operating costs — especially when combined with photovoltaic panels — make the EHU an economical solution even with intensive use.

Why a unit heater with a PTC heater?

Unit heaters equipped with a PTC heating element are a modern and energy-efficient solution. The self-regulating temperature function eliminates the risk of device overheating, increasing safety and extending its service life. Automatic power adjustment reduces energy consumption, and rapid heating ensures performance even in demanding conditions.

An additional safeguard for the PTC heater is the monitoring relay. Its purpose is to measure the current drawn by the fan. If consumption is too high or too low relative to the nominal value, the relay will prevent the heaters from switching on.
