Split air conditioners

Split air conditioners

YEAR-ROUND COOLING AND HEATING FOR COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES

Split air conditioners are versatile devices for controlling indoor air temperature. They cool in summer, heat in colder months and improve air quality thanks to a filtration system. They are ideal for offices, shops, hotels, service outlets and apartments. Our range includes the air conditioner VESPER in two capacity variants, along with dedicated mounting accessories.

Why choose our air conditioners?

Versatile applications — from apartments to offices, shops and hotels

The VESPER wall-mounted air conditioner is a solution designed with a wide range of building types in mind, including apartments, offices, shops, food service premises, beauty salons and hotel rooms. Two output variants (3.4 kW and 5.1 kW) allow the unit to be matched to both smaller office spaces or bedrooms and to larger retail areas or living rooms.

Year-round thermal comfort

VESPER operates in cooling mode at outdoor temperatures up to +53°C and in heating mode from −20°C. This is a considerably wider range than standard room air conditioners — the unit remains effective both on hot days and during cooler transitional periods, eliminating the need for a separate heating system in buildings with moderate heating requirements.

Eco-friendly R32 refrigerant and energy class A++/A+

The VESPER air conditioner uses the modern R32 refrigerant, which compared to the older R410A has a significantly lower global warming potential (GWP) and does not deplete the ozone layer. Combined with energy class A++ (cooling) and A+ (heating) and SEER 6.1 and SCOP 4.0 ratings, this results in a meaningful reduction in running costs compared to older air conditioning units.

FAQ

VESPER series air conditioners are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty. It is also possible to extend the protection period to 5 years under the "5-year warranty" programme, provided that the conditions specified by the manufacturer are met. Click to find out more.

Split air conditioners are dedicated devices for active air cooling and heating. This is in contrast to LPHW unit heaters in cooling mode (which require a chilled water system) or destratification fans (which only recirculate air without changing its temperature). This type of device is an excellent choice where independent, standalone temperature control in a specific room is needed, without the necessity of connecting to external heat or cold sources. This is a standard solution for offices, shops, hotels and apartments.

R32 is a modern refrigerant used in new generation split air conditioners, replacing the previously used R410A. It features a significantly lower GWP (Global Warming Potential) index, does not deplete the ozone layer and is more energy-efficient during operation. Please note that R32 is classified as flammable; therefore, the air conditioning installation must be carried out by a certified installer, and the unit must be installed in a room with a suitable minimum area (4 m² for VESPER 3.4, 15 m² for VESPER 5.1).

Yes. VESPER operates in heating mode from an outdoor temperature of –20°C, which allows it to be used also during transitional periods and mild winter months. This provides an additional source of thermal comfort in facilities where a full-fledged heating system is not yet needed. However, it should be noted that an air conditioner with a heating function will not replace a full heating system in facilities with significant heating demand (e.g. uninsulated halls). In such cases, dedicated LPHW unit heaters will ensure thermal comfort throughout the winter.

The wall-mounted air conditioner VESPER 3.4 works well in rooms up to approximately 35 m², whereas the VESPER 5.1 is suitable for rooms with an area of 35–55 m². To ensure the unit maintains an ideal temperature throughout the year, factors such as sun exposure, insulation quality, the number of occupants and the presence of heat-generating equipment must also be considered. We recommend a technical consultation for a precise selection.

Yes. VESPER air conditioners are equipped as standard with a Wi-Fi module allowing operation via the SmartLife application and a remote control. The application enables temperature changes, operating mode adjustments and schedule programming from a smartphone, regardless of the user's location. The ability to operate with remote control is particularly useful in the workplace, where the air conditioner should turn on before employees or clients arrive. The modern design of the indoor unit blends well with the decor of offices and service premises.

Yes. VESPER, like any split air conditioner, requires periodic cleaning of the filters (at least once every six months), cleaning of the heat exchanger and leak testing of the refrigerant circuit. Anti-dust filters can be washed by the user, while cleaning and sanitising the heat exchanger as well as leak testing must be performed by a certified installer. Regular servicing maintains the efficiency of the unit and extends its lifespan. It is worth investing in an annual inspection, which pays off in the form of lower operating costs and a reduced risk of failure.

Yes. VESPER air conditioners are equipped with a standard anti-dust filter and an ion filter, which additionally purifies the air of fine particles (pollen, allergens, dust). The ion filter should be replaced every 6 months. This solution is particularly important at home for people with allergies, and in facilities such as medical surgeries or beauty salons. It allows you to enjoy pleasant cooling and clean air at the same time.

No. The installation of an air conditioner using R32 refrigerant must be carried out by a certified air conditioning installer with F-gas qualifications. This is due to national regulations and the necessity to perform leak tests and properly vent the circuit. Independent installation results in the loss of warranty and may pose a safety hazard.
