Air Curtain HUMMER
The HUMMER air curtain has been designed to reduce heat loss in winter and protect interiors against hot air inflow, dust and insects in summer. It is intended for industrial doors and gates in buildings such as warehouses, workshops and production halls. The unit is equipped with a water heat exchanger that uses hot water from the system to heat the passing air.
About the product
HUMMER is an industrial air curtain with a water heat exchanger, designed to protect doors and wide industrial gates in warehouses, workshops and production halls. It creates a powerful airstream that reduces room cooling in winter and protects against heat, dust and insect infiltration in summer.
The copper-aluminium heat exchanger uses hot water from the building heating installation, providing heating capacity from 3.9 to 118.5 kW. Single- or double-row exchanger versions are available, operating at temperatures up to 120°C and at pressure up to 1.6 MPa. Airflow from 4,000 to 12,400 m³/h and reach up to 7.5 m make the unit particularly useful in loading zones and at intensively used gates.
The powder-coated galvanised steel housing provides resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, while the motor — 3-stage AC or energy-efficient EC with smooth 0–100% control — has IP54 protection. The included mounting kit allows vertical or horizontal installation, and for wide gates several units can be connected in a modular system. The adjustable supply grille and BMS integration capability complete the unit’s functionality.
