Duct Fan FR-DF EC
FR-DF EC duct fans are radial (centrifugal) units designed for direct installation in ventilation ducts. Their radial design provides higher pressure than axial fans, allowing air to be moved effectively over longer distances. They are suitable for shops, workshops, production halls and warehouses. Smooth 0–10 V control makes it possible to adjust the fan performance to current demand.
About the product
FR-DF EC duct fan is installed directly in ventilation duct systems, where it forces the flow of supply or exhaust air. The integrated mounting bracket allows the unit to be fixed to a building partition, and the connection stubs enable direct connection to ventilation ducts.
Compared with an equivalent axial fan, the centrifugal design provides significantly higher static pressure, making it suitable for complex duct installations with greater flow resistance. The galvanised steel housing channels the airstream to maintain axial flow through the unit. The EC motor enables smooth output control via a 0–10 V control signal, allowing precise matching of supply air to demand and operation at reduced power consumption.
