Kurtyny powietrzne HUMMER Series
Modern HUMMER air curtains are devices designed for industrial doors or gates, which effectively prevent the escape of valuable heat in winter and the inflow of dust, insects and hot air in summer. They are ideal for demanding industrial facilities such as warehouses, production halls, logistics centres, workshops and large-area garages. Three variants are available within the series: the cold HUMMER C, the LPHW HUMMER W and the electric HUMMER E, tailored to the system available in the facility.
Choose a HUMMER air curtain variant
In our offer, you will find devices adapted to every type of facility and specific heating system. Each variant can be mounted horizontally or vertically, with an AC or EC motor.
HUMMER C-1P/EC
Cold air curtain without a heater. Acts like an extremely powerful industrial fan. An excellent choice for cold stores and warehouses — it keeps the cold inside and protects against heat, insects and dust from the outside.
HUMMER W-1P/EC
A classic and extremely efficient curtain with a water heat exchanger connected to the central heating system. It heats the air at the inlet, increasing the comfort of employees near an open gate. Ideal for production halls, warehouses and workshops.
3.9 to 118.5 kW
HUMMER E-3P
A model for buildings without access to a C.H. water system. Innovative PTC heaters automatically regulate the temperature, eliminating the risk of overheating. An excellent solution for facilities with a photovoltaic installation.
7 to 21 kW

Why choose HUMMER air curtains?
Ideal for demanding industrial facilities such as warehouses, production halls, logistics centres, workshops and large-area garages.
Maximum airflow of up to 14,500 m³/h and an effective operating range of up to 8 m allow even the largest industrial gates to be effectively protected.
Reliable 3-stage AC motors or energy-efficient EC motors with smooth 0–100% speed control, matched to the project priorities.
The robust powder-coated galvanised steel casing and IP54-rated motors guarantee resistance to industrial dust and splashing.
Horizontal or vertical installation is possible, and multiple units can be linked into a single coherent system, allowing a gate of any size to be protected.

Which variant to choose?
HUMMER C (cold)
Separation of climate zones without raising the temperature. Dedicated to cold stores and facilities where an effective barrier against dust and insects is required. The highest airflow capacity in the series.
HUMMER W (LPHW)
Effective heating of the entrance zone at the lowest operating costs. Requires an available C.H. system. Recommended for production halls, warehouses and workshops with access to system hot water.
HUMMER E (electric)
Heating of the entrance zone without the need to connect to a water system. Requires a 400 V power supply. Recommended for facilities without C.H. and buildings with their own energy production (e.g. photovoltaics).
What do you gain with HUMMER series air curtains?
Protecting your money
Less escaping heat means lower heating bills. This curtain pays for itself quickly, as your profits stay in the company instead of escaping through the gate.
Simple and fast installation
Installers don’t like to waste time. That’s why the HUMMER air curtain has a simple design and a ready-to-use mounting kit. You hang the device, connect it, and it’s ready to go.
Comfort in all conditions
Whether it’s a frosty morning at the loading dock or a sweltering afternoon in the workshop, HUMMER maintains the internal temperature, looking after employee health and the quality of stored goods.
FAQ
Definitely. For years, standard PVC foil, PVC doors, or traditional strip curtains dominated logistics. Modern air curtains are an ideal solution because they create a non-contact, highly effective air barrier. This invisible wall handles adverse weather conditions and rapid influxes of cold air with ease.
In modern industry, air curtains protect against uncontrollable heating cost increases while ensuring smooth traffic in a hall or warehouse. Even the most difficult weather conditions cannot break through the strong defensive stream.
For industrial gates with non-standard dimensions, the most important issue is achieving coverage across the entire width or height of the gate. For this reason, two mounting variants for HUMMER industrial curtains are used:
The first mounting variant is horizontal air curtains, where several units are installed in a row above the gate. Please remember that the gate height must not exceed the maximum range of the curtain.
The second mounting variant, often recommended for large gates, is vertical air curtains. In the case of vertical installation, the units are arranged in a vertical column.
In production halls, devices equipped with heating elements are commonly used — typically powered by water from a central heating system. They utilize a copper-aluminum heat exchanger that takes warm water from the building's heating system to heat the flowing air. The choice of models characterized by a water exchanger connected to the building's heating network directly affects the thermal comfort of people in the entrance zone.
Automating the shut-off of the heating water supply using two-way or three-way valves with actuators (which we recommend) is very helpful here. This allows for effective temperature stabilization, using less energy without the risk of burdening the company budget with additional heating costs.
In contrast, "ambient" models, which intentionally lack a heater or water exchanger, function solely as a barrier.
Yes. HUMMER E models use special PTC-type electric heaters. This guarantees safety without the risk of ignition. Even at low room temperatures and very high airflow speeds, the thermal comfort at the entrance for people entering the building will increase.
Optimizing the airflow stream is essential for success and ensuring maximum gate protection effectiveness. Air vanes (or precision air directional louvers) allow for optimal airflow adjustment with a range of up to 15°.
Yes. Although air curtains equipped with a heating element improve the comfort of people passing under them by heating the entrance zone, even ambient models effectively prevent heat from escaping the interior. Their key operating principle is spatial separation. When correctly mounted in the right position, they create a barrier against wind coming from the outside. Using any curtains — whether with an electric heater or so-called ambient models — is absolutely necessary in the annual balance to prevent warm air loss and heat loss in entrance zones.
Ambient / without heat exchanger: Curtains without a heat exchanger, marked with the letter "C" in both series.
Electric: HUMMER curtains with electric heaters are marked with the letter "E".
Water: Curtains with a water heat exchanger connected to the central heating system. In the HUMMER series, these are marked with the letter "W".
Electric air curtains from both series are equipped with modern and energy-efficient PTC heaters, but they differ in power. Industrial HUMMER models feature higher-power heaters, which allow for the effective protection of gates with ranges up to 8 meters. In contrast, the commercial AERIS series consumes significantly less energy, being a solution ideally adapted to standard entrances with a range of up to 3 meters. HUMMER units consist of industrial axial fans, while AERIS units use "cross-flow fans".
