Wentylatory osiowe FR-SG / FR-SG EC / FR-BG / FR-BC
Industrial axial fans are versatile and reliable devices used for various ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. Designed for continuous operation, they effectively force air circulation in production halls and warehouses, and play a key role in cooling specialized machinery, such as condensers, refrigeration units, and equipment in server rooms. Three variants are available within the series, tailored to different applications: the suction FR-SG, the blowing FR-BG, and the duct-mounted FR-BC.
Choose a variant of axial fans
Our offer has been divided into variants to facilitate the selection of a device for the specific nature of a given facility or direct application.
FR-SG
Designed to remove excess heat from industrial equipment and ensure constant ventilation of premises. Rotor blades made of powder-coated steel. Equipped with a protective mesh preventing accidental contact with the operating rotor.
FR-SG EC
FR-SG variant with an energy-saving EC motor and stepless speed control in the range of 0 to 100%. Rotor blades made of lightweight polypropylene. Equipped with a protective mesh preventing accidental contact with the operating rotor.
FR-BG
Designed to force fresh air inside buildings or direct cooling of machines (e.g. air conditioning systems or server rooms) by directing an air stream at them. Equipped with a protective mesh.
FR-BC
Dedicated solution in a round casing, ideal for operation directly in round ventilation ducts or in supply-exhaust systems. Powder-coated steel casing protected against mechanical damage and corrosion.

Why choose axial fans?
Versatile applications — from general building ventilation to direct cooling of industrial equipment such as condensers, refrigeration units and server room hardware.
Airflow capacity in a wide range from 780 m³/h to 21,480 m³/h for the largest models allows matching the unit to facilities of different scales.
Robust powder-coated steel housings effectively protect against dust and moisture ingress, guaranteeing reliability in intensively used locations.
The availability of suction, blowing and duct versions allows perfect matching to the building’s needs and the nature of the installation.
IP54 ensures stable operation in a demanding industrial environment (dust, moisture, variable operating conditions).

Which variant to choose?
FR-SG (suction AC)
Extracting warm or polluted air from industrial equipment (condensers, units) or from inside the facility to the outside, with a standard budget and on/off operation.
FR-SG EC (suction EC)
Same applications as FR-SG, but with an energy-saving EC motor and stepless speed control (0 to 100%). Recommended for continuous operation, integration with BMS, and where low operating costs over the long term are important.
FR-BG (blowing)
Forcing fresh air inside buildings or directing a stream at overheating machinery (e.g. server rooms, air conditioning systems). AC motor only.
FR-BC (duct-mounted)
Quick integration in existing round ventilation ducts or supply-exhaust systems. The quietest of the variants (from 52 dB), available only with an AC motor.

Which variant to choose?
FR-BG EC-EE
When air needs to be blown into a refrigeration, heating or ventilation device, or into a zone. Version with a protective mesh, blowing flow direction.
FR-SG EC-EE
When air needs to be extracted from a device or zone. Design similar to FR-BG, but with the opposite, suction flow direction.
FR-BC EC-EE
When the fan is to be integrated directly into a straight ventilation duct. Duct casing instead of mesh, designed for uncomplicated installations with low flow resistance.
What are the benefits of our axial fans?
Simple integration and versatility — suction, blowing, and duct-mounted versions tailored to various installations
Whether you are building a system from scratch or upgrading an existing one, you gain equipment ready for action. Suction and blowing versions can be easily installed in refrigeration units and machinery, while FR-BC models fit perfectly into standard round ventilation ducts.
Protecting your budget — classic AC for lower investment, EC for lower operating costs
Investing in the axial fan series guarantees long-term savings, regardless of the chosen variant. Classic AC models offer a great price-to-quality ratio and reliable operation. On the other hand, advanced EC versions (in the FR-SG series) allow for lower current electricity bills thanks to stepless power regulation. The solid, steel construction (IP54) minimizes the risk of mechanical failure caused by dust and moisture.
Operational safety — protective grille in FR-SG and FR-BG models
FR-SG suction fans and FR-BG blowing fans are equipped as standard with a protective grille that prevents accidental contact with the operating rotor. This is significant in facilities where the fan is installed in an area accessible to personnel, e.g., in production halls or workshops.
FAQ
The difference lies in the direction of forced airflow. A suction axial fan, e.g. from the FR-SG series, is used to extract hot or contaminated air from industrial equipment (condensers) or to remove air from the building to the outside. A blowing axial fan from the FR-BG series is designed to force fresh or cool air with great force into building interiors or directly onto overheating server machines.
Due to their ability to move huge volumes of air at relatively low resistance, axial fans are the standard in HVAC systems, agriculture and the refrigeration industry. They are installed in refrigeration units, at condensers, in workshops to remove fumes and in catering premises. They are also used for general ventilation of production halls.
The FR-SG EC variant is the choice for investors seeking to reduce operating costs. Thanks to smooth speed control across the full range (0–100%) using EC potentiometers, the fan consumes only as much power as the cooling process requires at any given moment. EC motor technology also provides longer service life and a lower risk of failure at lower speeds compared with a standard AC motor, which requires voltage reduction to slow down.
Yes, the FR-BC duct axial fans have a round housing created specifically for fast integration in round ducts of supply-and-extract ventilation systems. With high airflow capacity from 780 m³/h to 11,400 m³/h, they work excellently in both large and smaller facilities.
